Mental Health Clinician - Triage and Crisis Support

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to crisis situations, providing guidance and support to individuals, families, and carers, and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on promoting recovery and improving outcomes for those in crisis.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of mental health issues and evidence-based practice. A minimum of 3 years' experience in acute community mental health, preferably with a focus on crisis assessment and treatment, is highly desirable. You must have approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board via AHPRA, as well as Australian working rights and current Influenza vaccination.
