We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Commercialisation Manager to join a high-performing commercial team focused on expanding pharmaceutical and contract manufacturing opportunities across both domestic and international markets.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Global Commercialisation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and contract manufacturing initiatives.
You will work across a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical products, technologies, and therapeutic areas while building strong relationships with local and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and contract manufacturing markets
* Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective partners and clients globally
* Develop and present compelling business cases, financial models, and commercial proposals
* Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and contracts
* Maintain and report on the business development pipeline and sales funnel
* Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, operations, and leadership teams
* Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and S&OP activities
* Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and processes
About You
You are commercially astute, relationship-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You bring strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or commercial management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
* Strong commercial acumen with experience developing financial and strategic business cases
* Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness
* Business, Commerce, or related tertiary qualification
Desirable Experience
* Existing global pharmaceutical industry networks and relationships
* Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and oral solid dose technologies
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and commercialisation pathways
* Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva
