R&D Accounting is a well-established Accounting Firm located in Toowoomba and we're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our administration team.

In this full-time position you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service.

Task and responsibilities

* General administration: phone calls, emails, liaising with third parties
* Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
* Producing correspondence to/for Clients
* ATO & ASIC lodgements
* Providing administrative support to accountants
* Maintaining office appearance

About you

You are a professional individual looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:

* Ability to complete administration tasks with extremely high attention to detail is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
* Experience in an administration or client services role, however your 'can do attitude' will outweigh any experience
* Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook are essential
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
* Eager to learn and expand on skills
* A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
* Highly organised and a natural planner
* Client focused, with a willingness to help with a positive attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and work with others within a team environment
* A willingness to learn
* Drivers Licence & own transportation required

Christmas and New Year holidays are given every year with the office closing down during this period.

This is a full time role.

Please note that you will not be required to work overtime and there is no weekend work.
