We are seeking a talented individual to join our New Employer team at Recovre. This role will be based in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part time role that has a requirement of working three days a week in a hybrid capacity.
You will work closely with Recovre Rehabilitation Consultants to secure positive return-to-work outcomes for clients following physical or psychological injury. The New Employer team sources and manages Work Trial placements with host employers, coaches clients in job search skills and maintains employer relationships to support sustainable employment outcomes.
We will count on you to :
Work collaboratively with Recovre Rehabilitation Consultants to secure positive return-to-work outcomes for clients following physical or psychological injury
Use the company database and active market canvassing to secure Work Trial placements and job leads with host employers
Monitor and report on Work Trial outcomes, maintaining strong communication with host employers to nurture ongoing placement support
Coach clients in job search skills including resume development, interview preparation, career guidance and assistance with job applications
Maintain and continuously update the host employer database and assist Rehabilitation Consultants with labour market research for vocational assessments
What you need to have :
Current driver's licence
Qualification in Human Resources, Career Development or similar
Previous experience in employment services, career development or the recruitment industry
What makes you stand out :
Knowledge or strong networks in the labour market and understanding of occupational requirements
Previous experience and understanding in building rapport with workers who have been injured or have other employment barriers
Previous experience gaining and monitoring Work Trials
