About the Role
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
* Create strong connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
