Infinity Group Coaching is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer looking to advance their IT career by moving into the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and an expanding IT team. The successful candidate will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the company's inter-state operations.

About You:
We are looking for a passionate individual for technology who takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate student, self-taught, or young professional looking for a change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for Microsoft 365 management, including Entra, Intune, and Power Automate.
* Maintain a strong customer-focused approach, effectively communicating technical matters in a clear and accessible manner.
* Oversee asset management for Windows and Apple devices, as well as system administration for macOS and iOS.
* Conduct testing and documentation of IT processes to enhance issue resolution and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience:
* IT diploma or TAFE qualifications
* Exceptional and proactive communication skills enabling clear and concise communication with team members.
* Understanding of software architecture design principles.
* Focuses on customer satisfaction and communicating technical issues in a simple way,
What we are looking for:
* Common IT knowledge of Windows, MacOS & iOS
* Good technical knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers and peripherals
* A passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills across a range of technologies
* Ability to work independently with limited information and/or direction
* Be able to communicate your ideas clearly and effectively
* Systematic problem-solving approach and proactively continue improving current processes and tools
The ideal candidate will have 12+ months of experience in an IT Technician/Help Desk role.

Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Southport, Gold Coast, QLD.
