Account Manager (B2B Sales) – Cairns

About the Role:

Our sales team, primarily based at our Cairns head office, is growing, and we're looking for a driven and capable Account Manager to join us. If you're enthusiastic about solar (no solar experience required), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to join a company where career development is encouraged, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, honest, and professional relationships with our key customers. You'll quickly develop a solid understanding of our products and services and confidently communicate their features and benefits to customers in a clear and effective way.

While comprehensive sales and product training is provided, a strong understanding of the B2B sales process and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. We're seeking a highly motivated, results-focused professional with a genuine passion for sales. You'll thrive on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. You'll bring a proven track record of achievement and the ability to quickly learn our business, industry, and product range - becoming a trusted advocate for our customers and a sales champion within the business.

Selection Criteria:

* Previous success in a sales/account manager role (B2B advantageous) and a demonstrated understanding of the consultative sales process
* A track record of developing and implementing successful account management strategies
* Proven ability to build positive, enduring relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
* High level computer literacy

A current driver's licence is essential.
