Job Title: Flight Care Specialist
As a Flight Care Specialist with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care during transport. Your role will involve conducting thorough patient assessments and providing timely clinical interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate care
* Deliver safe and high-quality care in line with RFDS guidelines
* Build positive relationships with patients and healthcare stakeholders
* Work independently and collaboratively within established protocols
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Paramedic with AHPRA
* Qualifications in Paramedical Science or equivalent
* Completion of required clinical placements and assessments
* Valid FULL New South Wales Driver's Licence and ability to drive in urban and rural settings
