About the Role:
* To contribute to the Faculty through student-centered teaching practice and development in teacher education, teaching improvement, professional experience, and educational leadership.
* To enhance student experiences through student-centered approaches, use of emerging learning technologies, and flexible delivery modes including face-to-face, blended, and online.
* To develop and teach innovative curricula, contributing to both discipline-specific and broader Faculty programs.
* To support Faculty research through high-quality publications, successful grant applications, and leadership in colleagues' research activities.
* To foster collaboration across Faculties, engage in community and professional activities, and contribute to the University's profile and values.
Requirements:
* A PhD or Professional Doctorate in Educational Leadership, school/teacher improvement, or a relevant discipline, along with an initial teacher education degree.
* Proven national or international research record in educational leadership, evidenced by publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals, success in securing ARC or equivalent grants, and timely HDR completions.
* Demonstrated high-quality teaching outcomes, with evidence of leadership in course design and development.
* Exceptional leadership in educational development, guiding others and managing teams with intellectual leadership.
* Leadership experience in teaching, research, and community within the Education sector.
* Experience in research or leadership supporting outcomes for international students.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative work-integrated learning experiences for initial teacher education students.
