to become the engine room of our sales operations.

This isn't a standard office admin job. You'll be at the centre of real estate projects shaping Perth's future communities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare and issue Offer & Acceptance documents, contracts, addenda and variations
* Track contract milestones from offer through to settlement
* Coordinate with sales, development and settlement teams
* Update sales trackers, stock lists and price lists
* Support buyers with clear communication at each key stage
* Keep all documentation compliant, accurate and file-perfect
* Help shape internal sales processes as the division grows

You don't need project sales experience — but you do need strong real estate or contract admin experience.
You'll succeed if you have :
* 3+ years' experience in real estate administration, project marketing, or contracts admin
* High attention to detail & accuracy under pressure
* Confident communication skills with buyers and stakeholders
* Ability to stay organised across multiple projects
* Understanding of off-the-plan or settlement processes (preferred but not essential)
* WA Sales Registration (preferred) or willingness to obtain
If you've worked in a real estate agency, sales office, project marketing agency, settlement office, or developer — you'll be a strong fit.
