Production Coordinator
to work on some exciting sporting projects in Adelaide
About The Role.
This is an entry-level role providing hands-on production coordination and support across KOJO, with a strong focus on sport presentation and sport activation for Adelaide-based clients. Supporting the planning and live delivery of match days, in-venue experiences and fan engagement activations, the role includes an active on-the-ground presence on game day and opportunities to gain experience across the broader KOJO Sport team.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. It suits someone who is adaptable, calm under pressure and comfortable responding in real time to the demands of live sport and fan-facing environments.

Core responsibilities
* Support the planning and live delivery of match days, in-venue experiences and fan engagement activations across Adelaide-based sport presentation projects
* Provide hands-on, on-the-ground support on event days, assisting with setup, live operation and pack-down of fan-facing and digital activations
* Coordinate crew, suppliers, catering, travel, access and logistics to ensure smooth match day and event delivery
* Act as a key point of contact between clients, producers and internal teams, supporting clear communication and seamless delivery
* Assist with production administration including scheduling, call sheets, run sheets, documentation and workflow management using Scoro and ClickUp
* Support budgeting, estimates and invoicing processes aligned to live delivery milestones
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of Kids Zones, community and club activations, including on-site management where required
