Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Service Support Officer APS3 to join a high-performing federal government team.

* Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact via face‐to‐face, phone, email, and SMS
* Deliver frontline reception services and manage client appointments and enquiries
* Respond to client enquiries, provide information in line with policies, and refer to appropriate teams
* Perform administrative support tasks for operational service delivery
* Maintain accurate data entry, record keeping, and workflow processing
* Coordinate appointments using a client management system
* Assist in organising events, meetings, and community programs
* Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence such as referrals, appointments, and follow‐ups
* Provide administrative support for external referral processes and stakeholder coordination
* Support day‐to‐day operations through management of correspondence and deliveries, travel arrangements, invoice processing, resource requests, and property and maintenance matters
* Assist with reporting, data collection, and quality assurance activities
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support service delivery
* Follow workplace policies related to WHS, diversity, and code of conduct
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and client‐focused work environment

Position Requirement / qualification
* Australian Citizen
* Must hold or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People or Working with Children check
* Must pass a police check (NCCHC) and be eligible to obtain/maintain Baseline clearance
