About The Role
Our Officeworks Mackay store is hiring We are seeking passionate casual team members to join us across various departments including replenishment, technology, and customer service.
As a team member, you will be a customer service specialist, working with the team to ensure excellent customer service. You will provide expert advice on our products and services and act as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.
This role requires flexibility across operating hours on weekdays from 7am to 5pm and weekends. There are opportunities to work across different Officeworks locations and to develop your career.

You are a customer-focused individual, passionate about service and customer experience. You enjoy working with people, being busy in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility, and delivering on commitments. You pride yourself on providing a great customer experience. Flexibility with your availability to work various hours across weekdays and weekends is essential.
