About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities:
* Clean rooms and other work areas so that health standards and guest standards are met.
* Carry linen, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies to areas to be cleaned.
* Empty bins and transport waste to appropriate areas.
* Ensure all appliances are clean and in working order.
* Remove expired food from fridge/s.
* Replenish supplies in rooms and other areas.
* Disinfect equipment and supplies.
* Observe precautions required to protect the site and guest/resident property, report damage, theft, and found articles to Site Manager.
* Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
* Work in a positive team environment showing excellent customer service skills to guests.
About You:
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role
- Experience working in a similar industry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Well organised and a strong eye for detail
