Responsibilities
* Professional front-of-house and visitor services
* Remote support for other sites
* Room booking management and setup
* Catering and cleaning coordination
* AV equipment and video conferencing management
* Car park and locker administration
* Defect reporting and maintenance coordination
* Call handling and teleconference support
* Mail distribution and service reporting
What we are looking for
* Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements.
* Preferred experience in hospitality/hotel environment or reception.
* Ability to obtain and hold an Agency PEP Clearance and/or any additional associated Entity clearances.
