Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and upload learning materials, ensuring the LMS remains the source of truth for courses.
* Develop interactive H5P content and manage SCORM‐compatible files.
* Lead implementation of a new LMS, including data migration and vendor coordination.
* Utilize APIs and data tools to generate meaningful reports for program leads.
* Serve as the LMS Subject Matter Expert, translating complex technical concepts for non‐technical facilitators.
* Identify and activate appropriate plugins and strategies to maximize user experience.
Skills and Experience
* LMS expertise: proven experience administering platforms such as Moodle, Totara, or Canvas.
* Advanced proficiency in H5P, SCORM standards, and API usage.
* Data‐driven: high‐level analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting.
* Exceptional communication ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
* Project mindset: experience with system testing, version upgrades, and new system implementations.
* Immediately available to start.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Information Technology or related discipline.
* Diploma of Arts or equivalent.
* SCORM and xAPI Standards Certification.
* H5P Content Development Certification.
* Moodle/Totara Administrator Certification.
