Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Development Director to lead our capital development projects across Launceston Airport.
This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major capital works ensuring they meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, corporate objectives, and business needs within a live airport environment.
* Deliver high-quality capital development projects on time and within budget.
* Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of capital works projects from feasibility and project team performance through to completion.
* Maintain strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders on behalf of Launceston Airport.
* Support project teams to identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, specifically in building and civil infrastructure projects within the construction industry.
