About the Role

Roll'd is looking for a Finance Administrator role responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. This may include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll and reporting, and supporting the wider finance team with general administration tasks.

Responsibilities

* Assisting with invoice processing and data entry
* Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
* Filing and maintaining financial records and documents
* Assisting with bank and account reconciliations
* Responding to basic finance and supplier queries
* Supporting payroll administration tasks where required
* Preparing spreadsheets and updating financial information
* Assisting the Finance team with administrative duties
* Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing finance-related correspondence
* Ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
* Learning and following company financial procedures and compliance requirements
* Providing general administrative support to the wider business when needed

About You

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Eager to learn and develop within a finance/admin role
* Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Reliable, motivated, and proactive
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
