Your New Role
Reporting to the Retail Business Leader (aka the store manager), you are responsible for leading the daily operations of the store to support business growth objectives. You proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, manage staff rostering, and control costs. You equip your team with the right training, tools, and resources to succeed and lead by example to inspire a high‐performing culture that prioritises safety.
About You
* 2+ years of retail experience with proven leadership and coaching skills.
* Passion for delivering a Fantastic customer experience.
* Ability to analyse financial data to deliver targets and support operational excellence.
* Commitment to continuous learning for yourself and your team.
* Willingness to complete relevant qualifications (Cert III Retail or similar) and invest in ongoing learning.
* Experience in stockroom/warehouse operations preferably.
* Confidence in giving feedback and navigating challenging situations.
* Prioritises safety of team and customers above all else.
