We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Manager – Retail / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
* 8–12 years of overall testing experience, including Test Management roles
* Proven experience delivering retail domain projects and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
* Strong background in data migration testing and validation
* End-to-end Test Management experience on large-scale retail or ERP programs
* Strong experience in data migration projects, especially involving: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Fabric
* Hands-on expertise in SQL, data validation, and transformation logic
* Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, governance, and best practices
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
* Experience working in hybrid delivery models with onshore/offshore teams
Responsibilities
* Own and drive the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for the Dynamics 365 retail implementation
* Lead testing activities related to data migration, including source-to-target validation and reconciliation
* Define and enforce testing standards, governance, and best practices
* Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and vendors
* Manage test schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
* Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
* Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and technical requirements
* Prepare and present test status reports to senior stakeholders
