The Role We're seeking a Finance Manager to join the team and take ownership of key financial operations. This role will lead reporting, month-end processes, financial analysis, and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a 5 day a week in the office role based in Randwick. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end close and journal processes Prepare and review financial reports and statements Provide insights through KPI and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance Assist with ERP implementation and finance process improvements Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, payroll, GL) Coordinate audit and compliance activities Your Profile Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA qualified or in progress Strong accounting and reporting experience Familiarity with ERP systems (implementation experience a plus) Skilled in Excel and financial modelling Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
