Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager
About the role:
* You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering
Manager.
* You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, project
delivery and maintenance of assets.
* The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including
new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and
maintenance upgrades.
* Lead maintenance and project teams.
* Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
* Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
* Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy
implementation.
* Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders,
* Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of
thought.
* Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal
engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially
advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
* Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
* Minimum of 1 year experience
