Our client is a large manufacturing business based in Darra. They are a family run company with a strong history in Australia. There is an opportunity for an experienced talent sourcing professional to join the established team.
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment and selection process for all levels of roles in the organisation
- Manage the relationships with external providers, building support for the business in the market and ensuring fees are fair and terms in place
- Gather and present market data on hiring trends and market compensation
- Act as an ambassador for the business
- Understand diversity goals for each business and create a strategy to meet these goals
**About You**
- 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Agricultural/FMCG background highly regarded
- Resilience and experience working in a challenging market
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
