Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver marketing initiatives to enable business growth
- Work as part of a high performing team in a hands-on delivery role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely execution
- Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to align messaging and marketing outputs with business needs
- Create and oversee engaging marketing content, including sales collateral, social media, newsletters, and event materials
- Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Track results and share insights to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage marketing resources and assets to ensure brand consistency
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a matrixed or regional organisation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and campaign processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, brand-aligned communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
