About the role :
Complex acquisitions disposals and leasing across commercial industrial and retail sectors
Development projects and joint ventures including renewable and infrastructure assets
Off-plan projects capital transactions and construction-related agreements
Exposure to high-value clients and national transactions with autonomy and partner support
The ideal candidate :
3 years PQE in real estate law (infrastructure and energy experience also considered)
Robust technical drafting and commercial skills
Proven client relationship and matter management ability
Sharp attention to detail communication and initiative
Passion for developing your expertise and growing with a high-calibre team
