Job Opportunity:
The position of Mental Health Administrative Support Officer is available within our organization to perform tasks with a high degree of autonomy at a professional level.
* Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and multi-disciplinary team members.
* Undertake reception, administrative, service monitoring, and office management tasks as directed by the Program Manager or Executive Director.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients presenting in crisis or acute distress.
* Enter accurate data into multiple databases and web-based systems, generating reports as necessary.
* Manage clinical files, including tracking their movement.
* Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop program rosters, manage billing, financial monitoring, and reporting.
* Offer guidance and support to junior staff, assisting with their orientation.
