Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
* Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
* Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
* Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
* Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
* Ability and motivation to build and foster positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check
* Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
* Flexible availability across service operational days and hours (Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm)
* ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards either qualification, depending on experience and capacity
* Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
