The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
We are looking for a full-time Reservations Supervisor to oversee all guest bookings and ensuring all incoming calls and emails are handled professionally and courteously. Duties include but are not limited to:
•Supervise, monitor, and train new and existing Reservations Agents to maintain a consistent Tone of Voice and enhance the guest experience
•Maximise revenue by converting enquires into confirmed bookings
•Maintain oversight of the property’s availability, capacity, rates and bookings to optimise operations.
•Ensure Reservation Agents are informed of all promotions and packages to support effective selling.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and evening availability is a must.
We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.
About You
• You have 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
