Permanent position Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm, no Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
You have previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries. You're a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none. Client-focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients. You are excellent at managing your own time and a real self-starter. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
