Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via various communication channels.
* Resolve technical issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
* Determine software and hardware requirements to resolve issues.
* Install, configure, and repair peripheral equipment.
* Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality results.
* Perform administrative tasks, including scripting and access management.
* Participate in planning and delivering additional support activities.
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues to obtain evidence-based conclusions.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, and ITIL is highly desirable.
