Chefs, Cooks, Restaurant Manager, Hotel / Duty Manager, & Hotel Services Manager

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

Location: Fremantle

Remuneration: $76,515 - $80,000

We are currently looking for Chefs, Cooks, Restaurant Managers, Hotel / Duty Managers, and Hotel Services Managers to join our venues in Fremantle. Please Quote Reference Number 15451

Venues include South Beach Hotel, Federal Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern, and Bicton Tavern.

Responsibilities

* Hotel Manager / Duty Manager – Federal Hotel: organise and control hotel operations to provide guest accommodation, meals and other services.
* Restaurant Manager – Federal Hotel: drive all aspects of the venue including service, marketing, running events and financial objectives; manage purchasing and labour costs in line with budgets.
* Chefs / Cooks: contribute to kitchen management and maximise profitability, labour and food cost controls.
* Hotel Services Manager: plan, organise, direct and control hotel service operations to ensure efficient delivery of accommodation and guest services.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Hotel Manager / Duty Manager: minimum 2/3 years of experience in a similar role; exceptional organisation and time management skills; flexible work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable experiences.
* Restaurant Manager: at least 2 years proven experience in a similar role; hospitality qualifications including Approved Manager Licence; experience in a similar size reputable restaurant and kitchen operation; strong communication skills.
* Chefs / Cooks: minimum two years working in a quality restaurant at Chef level; passion for the food industry; ability to work in a team; flexible adaptability; solid food safety knowledge and training.
* Hotel Services Manager: at least 3 years full-time relevant hotel management experience; demonstrated leadership and supervisory capability; experience in roster management and operational planning; strong knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance; ability to manage hotel service operations in a commercial hospitality environment.

Remuneration and Application
