What You'll Do
* Deliver high-standard catering services that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
* Follow strict dietary plans to ensure every meal is safe, enjoyable, and compliant.
* Maintain a gold-standard clean kitchen environment at all times.
* Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen and dining areas.
About You Desired Skills and Experience
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in bulk catering or Aged Care.
* A warm, patient, and empathetic personality suited to a care environment.
* High attention to detail regarding food allergens and safety protocols.
* Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
