Develop and deliver high-quality, outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs in Fitness.
Use flexible, blended, and online delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of students across classroom, workplace, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, schools, other VET providers, and internal university teams.

Position Requirements
A relevant vocational qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.
A genuine passion for education and training with strong skills in communication, student engagement, and flexible delivery.
Understanding of VET compliance and commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred learning experiences.
