What you will do
* Providing personalized support to clients in accordance with their individual support plans
* Variety of shifts including active nights and Sleep Over shifts Weekdays and Weekends
* Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Support the team in facilitating community participation and social activities
* Supporting clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
What you will bring
* Hold minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Above
* A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a 'C' class driver's license, along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
* A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate ( willingness to Obtain if not held or expired)
* Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
* Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
* Ability to Complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford)
