Regional Compressors and Pneumatics, based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join their team. This role involves scoping solutions, solving problems for various industries, and promoting cleaner, more efficient operations across Victoria.
Responsibilities:
1. Scoping and quoting complete compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, and pipework.
2. Visiting clients across regional VIC to understand their setup and recommend solutions.
3. Collaborating with install and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Building long-term client relationships.
5. Supporting brand presence at events, expos, and in the field.
Requirements:
* Experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably with air systems, pneumatics, or mechanical gear.
* Comfortable on job sites and in meetings.
* Mechanically-minded problem solver.
* Self-starter with the ability to own the role.
* Valid driver’s license.
