A skilled Surgical Technician is required to join our medical team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will utilize their technical skills as a first-line direct patient care provider and be an integral member of the intraoperative surgical team. They will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each surgeon's specific needs and provide support as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist surgeons during operations
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Graduate of an accredited OR Technician program
* At least two (2) years O.R. experience
* CST Certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
