An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Real Estate Licensee / Sales Manager to join a new and disruptive real estate agency redefining how residential property is sold in Perth.
This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who combines strong sales capability, leadership experience, and innovative thinking with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in establishing the sales division, driving listing and sales performance, and ensuring the agency operates in full compliance with industry legislation.
You will also be responsible for establishing agency compliance under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and maintaining professional standards through membership with the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
This is a foundational leadership role with the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a new real estate model.

Key Responsibilities
* Communicate and present our unique sales model to prospective vendors
* Convert enquiries into property listings and sales opportunities
* Conduct market appraisals and listing presentations
* Manage residential property sales campaigns from listing to settlement
* Negotiate successful outcomes for vendors and buyers
* Lead and support the agency's sales function
* Drive listing growth and revenue performance
* Ensure compliance with WA real estate legislation
* Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and industry stakeholders
* Act as a public representative of the brand through media, PR, social media, podcasts, and industry engagement
About You
* The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong track record in residential property sales
* Minimum 3-5 years of residential property sales experience
* Excellent listing presentation and negotiation skills
* Leadership or sales management experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales management experience
* Deep knowledge of the Perth property market
* High levels of initiative, professionalism, and integrity
* Confidence representing the brand publicly and within the community
