Overview

Personal Carer Domestic – Permanent Part Time – Location: Mackay & Surrounding Areas.Remuneration: $34.50 per hour plus superannuation, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting one‐on‐one with clients within their homes.
• Support clients with daily activities including domestic assistance (house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, ironing).
• Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work (Third Party Property minimum).
• Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets and laptops.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
