We are seeking a Payroll Officer to manage weekly payroll for employees while supporting general finance and administration tasks. 
Key Responsibilities 
End-to-end weekly payroll processing in line with awards and EBAs 
Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and adjustments 
Prepare payroll reports and statutory returns 
Support finance tasks such as reconciliations and accounts processing 
Respond to payroll queries and assist with process improvements 
Key Selection Criteria 
2+ years' payroll experience 
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance 
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll/accounting systems 
High attention to detail and accuracy 
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
