Overview
DN: DSO Manager, AI Use Case Delivery. This role reports to the Executive Manager, DevSecOps AI, and leads a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts and data scientists to deliver and support AI solutions across the full IT lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Lead the build, deployment, security, operation and decommissioning of AI use cases that power internal and commercial platforms.
* Ensure performance, reliability and security of AI systems while fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven delivery culture.
* Manage the DevSecOps AI use case pipeline, partnering with stakeholders across delivery, architecture and business teams to shape and sequence AI use cases.
* Drive timely, high-quality delivery of AI use cases aligned to business outcomes, maintaining operational excellence and system resilience.
* Embed best-practice DevSecOps frameworks and champion engineering standards supporting scalable, secure AI development.
* As a people leader, cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with the organization's values and strategic vision.
You will be
* A thoughtful and experienced leader with a strong background in IT, AI/ML delivery and DevSecOps practices, ideally within telecommunications or similar industries.
* Skilled at translating business use cases into AI problems, with strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
* Committed to delivering meaningful business outcomes and building empowered, collaborative teams that influence senior stakeholders.
* Curious, creative and ethical in approach, with a willingness to mentor others and shape organizational standards.
* Capable of navigating complexity, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic planning, and leading with security, quality and performance.
