Role Overview
This key position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to school staff and the principal, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to a positive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional administrative services, including document management, correspondence, and data entry
* Develop and maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and other records
* Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials
Requirements
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and database software
* A valid Working with Children Check is required
