Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional project management services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in developing key project documents, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
* Manage project administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
* Coordinate resource allocation and assign tasks to ensure team members have what they need and understand their responsibilities.
* Act as the liaison between the project team and stakeholders, providing progress updates and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Foster team collaboration, assist with deliverables, and actively learn from the project manager to build project management skills for career development.
Requirements:
* Prior professional experience as a Project Coordinator or administrator.
* Professional experience in a similar role preferably in IT is preferred.
* An understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job.
* Professional experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
* Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, and Confluence, is preferred.
