Support Worker - Disability Services
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our disability support team, you will provide vital care and support to individuals with disabilities.
About the Role:
* Provide individualised care and support to clients in their daily living activities.
* Assist clients with personal care and mobility needs.
* Develop and implement client-centred plans to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* First Aid certificate.
* Working with Children Check.
