Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager
The Hospitality Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident-centered hospitality services at Mercy Place Young.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the catering service, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals while maintaining health and safety standards.
* Lead housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of these essential services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Chef or cook with relevant qualifications.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring large teams in fast-paced environments.
* Prior experience in cooking for large groups and menu coordination.
* Qualification as a Food Safety Supervisor and working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
* Experience in managing housekeeping and laundry operations.
* Desirable: Experience working within Aged Care.
The successful candidate will also be required to provide evidence of current certifications and vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
