Confident Health Care Services Pty Ltd is a growing NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and innovative Day Programs across the Central Coast, NSW. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic and driven Service Development Manager to help establish strong referral pathways, attract new participants, and grow our services in the local community.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and increasing service visibility. As our Service Development Manager, you will:
* Develop and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals, and community organisations.
* Promote our SIL, SDA, and Day Program services to increase awareness and utilisation.
* Manage all enquiries professionally, coordinating intake processes and supporting participant onboarding.
* Represent the organisation at networking events, expos, and industry forums, delivering presentations and information sessions.
* Monitor and report on referral activity, engagement pipelines, and market opportunities to leadership.
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and internal policies, including participant safeguarding and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong referral networks and partnerships in the Central Coast community.
* Promote service capacity, vacancies, and program offerings.
* Respond to and manage enquiries end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams.
* Represent Confident Health Care Services Pty Ltd professionally in external forums.
* Ensure all practices meet NDIS compliance and safeguarding requirements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of referral and intake processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Growth in referral relationships and stakeholder engagement
* SIL and SDA occupancy and utilisation rates
* Quality, sustainability, and strength of professional partnerships
* Maintenance of accurate records and adherence to NDIS compliance standards
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in service development, business development, stakeholder engagement, or partnerships in the NDIS, disability, healthcare, allied health, or community services sectors
* Experience in coordination of supports for NDIS participants, including managing service delivery and ensuring participant goals are met
* Strong understanding of NDIS pathways, including SIL and SDA models
* Established connections and knowledge of the Central Coast community
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Professional, approachable, ethical, and participant-focused
* Well-organised, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven
