This pivotal role is about enhancing the preparedness, response and recovery capabilities during significant events. The successful candidate will lead the development and coordination of emergency management, business continuity management, and disaster recovery frameworks.
About the Role
* Act as Secretariat for key committees, oversee frameworks, and ensure compliance in EM/BCM/DR
* Design and deliver emergency training, simulations, and evacuation drills, building staff and leadership capability
* Co-coordinate post-incident debriefs, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement and innovative resilience initiatives
* Partner with the Parkville Local Health Service Network to optimise resources, and monitor and report on resilience activities to maintain quality and safety
