About This Role
* You will conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans, providing high-quality care aligned with accreditation standards.
* You will coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care, accurately maintaining electronic health records per regulations.
* You will support and guide care teams in a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement best nursing practices to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.
* Provide effective leadership and support to care staff.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive care.
Requirements
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
* Some residential aged care experience is preferred.
* You must be able to problem solve using best practice methods and have demonstrated clinical knowledge.
* You must be available across a variety of shifts.
* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential.
* Possess a National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain).
