At Interactive, our customers trust us to hold their most important data, support their critical devices, and secure their systems.
In this role, you'll manage, retain, grow and expand a portfolio of 100+ of our Cyber customers, and will retain, grow and expand our Cyber services.
Our Cyber services cover managed security services delivered by our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), cyber consulting, threat detection, incident response, DFIR and penetration testing.
Some of the key things you'll do:
* Build and nurture relationships with a patch of existing customers.
* Identify opportunities to grow our share of wallet and expand the range of services being delivered in our accounts.
* Deliver cyber security solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Identify, lead and close sales opportunities.
A bit about you:
* You've previously sold cyber security services or products.
* You've previously worked in account management, customer success or other customer facing roles within the IT sector.
* Experience selling cyber services at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or cybersecurity vendor.
* You're a disciplined AM and understand how to manage regular call cycles, periodic account health checks and develop detailed account plans.
* You've got a strong track record of meeting and achieving sales targets.
