About the role The Family Court of WA offers a dynamic and busy environment, ideal for individuals driven by results and team leadership in customer service.
In this role you will: Lead a team delivering high-quality registry services to the WA community.
Collaborate with Judiciary and Executive Management to improve the delivery of court services.
Monitor and enhance service standards and procedures that assist in making it easier for customers to participate in Court processes.
We are seeking candidates with: Experience in managing teams in high-volume customer service environments.
Ability to identify trends, initiate change, and innovate operations.
Strong understanding of court process and procedure is advantageous.
Passion for customer-centric service and stakeholder engagement.
Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills to solve customer-related problems.
