Overview
We are seeking a Consultant to join a boutique strategy consultancy in Sydney, supporting engagements across growth strategy, corporate strategy, commercial due diligence, and operational improvement.
This is a client-facing delivery role for someone with MBB training who can structure complex problems, produce high-quality outputs, and contribute meaningfully to engagements from day one.
Responsibilities
* Deliver strategy engagements across corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, market entry, and new market assessment
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions, investment cases, and commercial planning
* Contribute to commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, and operational improvement workstreams
* Structure problems clearly and produce client-ready outputs and presentations to board and executive level
* Support senior team members in stakeholder management and client relationships
Required Experience
* 3 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting
* Background at an MBB consulting firm is required
* Strong analytical capability with clear structured thinking and high-quality written communication
* Exposure to growth strategy, market entry, CDD, or performance improvement is valued
Qualifications
* Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar analytical discipline
* MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
